Our family established In Thai Style Restaurant to celebrate the delicate ingredients and dishes of our culture. Our menu incorporates modern flavours with traditional, combining to make the perfect dining experience.

My journey in Australia began in 2001 when I arrived as a student. My first and only job here was in a restaurant. I started as a waitress, helped with food preparation, and eventually found my way into the kitchen where I began cooking seriously.
In 2007, I had the opportunity to open my first restaurant, N Thai Sing in Terrigal. Running a restaurant has never been easy, but with passion, hard work, and a determination to never give up, I kept going. Along the way, I realised that this is truly what I love — cooking and sharing food with people.
In 2019, I opened In Thai Style in Wamberal, a small takeaway shop just before COVID. The beginning was challenging, but little by little things improved, and today our small shop is becoming part of the local community.
What has never changed is the love behind everything we do — love for the food, love for our customers, and love for this journey.
Most importantly, none of this would be possible without a great team. I am truly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey and supported along the way.
